Can I make different postcard pages? Yes you can! Unlimited pages allowed.
Do the images in my postcard-desk need to be the same size as the final image in the card? No. We recommend you don't! You can display a small image in the postcard-desk and a large one (or a completely different one) in the card.
How do I use the Macromedia Flash option?Purchase Macromedia Flash. Create a Flash movie. Publish it to a .swf file Place it on your site and the appropriate HTML code in your postcard desk. Please note the following: By default the width and height are set to 450 and 327. If you want your movie to be of a different width and height, you have to specify so in the filename. Example: We have a movie called foo.swf. The movie has a width of 237 and a height of 543. We therefor rename the movie to foo-237x543.swf Than we change the input tag in the html.
How do I view my statistics? By default a link to your statistics was placed on your page when you generated it . It could be that you deleted the link. Place the following piece of code somewhere in source of the HTML of you desk:View Statistics
I can see the images on my postcard desk, but they don't show up when I preview or send the card? There are four possible solutions to this: The file doesn't exists. Please check if the image file is uploaded correctly. The BASE_URL is configured wrong. If you have a BASE_URL configured in your configuration area, please check if it has a "/" at the end: http://www.yourdomain.com/images/. This is very important. If you don't have a BASE_URL configured in your configuration area, you should give us the full URL to the image. Please check if this is correct. You changed "NAME=filename". Do not change this. You should only change: VALUE="image.gif". NAME=filename is read by the script. If you change it, the script won't show any pictures. Please use our Instant Page Generator.

What is the URL to my page? URL: Uniform Resources Locator. This is the address to your page. This can be http://members.tripod.com/~YOURNAME or http://www.YOURNAME.com or something else. Where do you get one? Well, most Internet Providers (like AOL) allow you to have a homepage. Contact your provider for more information. You can also go to Tripod, Geocities, or Fortunecity and get some free space there.
When I press the submit button on my desk, nothing happens. What's wrong? This problem occurs when you are using a WYSIWYG HTML editor. Please have a look in the source code of the html page, find the closing tag for FORM () and place it AFTER the last input tag of the postcard desk.
